Kemesha Amy Graham the General manager met Dy'Ante Reddick the executive chef at Johnson & Wales university in Miami Florida. Kemesha was already an accomplished caterer in Philadelphia. The budding interest in each other and love of the industry drove the two. Kemesha & Dy'Antes careers mirrored each other with both spent long hours executing white glove catering from both sides of service with Do&Co & the Formula 1 in Europe, Vienna, Spain & Indianapolis. Returning to the states Kemesha & Dy'ante managed top high volume ten million a year establishments such as The Breakers, Tru Lucks, Council Oak, Legal Sea Foods, & The River house.
One evening at a $145 per person wedding. K&D could not understand the lack of attention to the bride and groom. It was like the establishment viewed guest was fortunate to have the wedding at that location. Trained in true white glove service and having excelled with several guest first brand.s K&D seen a need for both a true service focused event planner & catering with a much stronger culinary focus on consist food.
