He has been head chef of Legal sea foods Boca, Trulucks Seafood Steak & Crab in Galleria mall, Hard Rock hotel Casino in Hollywood, Tarpon Bend/ YOLO, PF Changes Boca, Tsukuro on the beach, lastly he served as Director of Operations and Corporate Executive chef for the famous brand Burger and Beer joint in South beach opening 7 locations. He also created the menu for a new east west fusion sushi and tapas bar dubbed Tsukuro in Ftl Beach.
